This site is a web page that curves text and lets you download the result as an image. These terms cover using it. Plain language, short, and they mean what they say.

Using the site

You may use the generator for personal and commercial work, as often as you like, without an account. Do not use it to produce unlawful material, and do not attempt to disrupt the site or the people using it.

If you add a picture of your own as a background, it is up to you to have the right to use it. The picture never leaves your device, so we never see it and cannot check it — making sure you own it, or are licensed to use it, is your responsibility, and so is anything you make from it.

What you make is yours

The images you export belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and no licence over them. You do not need to credit this site. The fonts bundled here are released under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which places no restriction on artwork made with them — see the font licenses page.

The fonts themselves

The font files served by this site remain under their own licence. You may not take those files and sell them as fonts. That restriction is about the font files, not about the images you make with them.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Everything happens inside your browser, and browsers differ, so we cannot promise that every feature behaves identically on every device or that the site will always be reachable. Check an exported file before you rely on it — particularly before you print it or cut it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from using the site or the images you make with it, including wasted materials, missed deadlines or lost work. If you are producing something expensive, test first.

Paid features

There are no paid features on this site at the moment, and nothing on it asks you for money. When paid options are added they will be one-off purchases, and this page will state exactly what a purchase includes before you are asked to pay.
